Fine Art Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a Fine Art Logistics Coordinator to join our small, active team. This position combines client service, project coordination, and practical knowledge of fine art handling and logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and has hands-on experience working with art and fine art services.
Our work supports artists, galleries, museums, auction houses, collectors, and other clients, with projects ranging from local installations and transport to regional, national, and international shipping and logistics.

Prepare quotes and estimates for a range of fine art services, including shipping and transportation, storage, installation, crating, packing, and framing.
Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements, develop scopes of work, provide estimates, coordinate logistics, and respond to questions throughout a project.
Coordinate fine art projects from initial inquiry through scheduling, delivery, installation, and completion.
Schedule and organize art handlers, installers, drivers, and other staff according to project requirements.
Coordinate transportation and shipping locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally including timelines, routing, documentation, and communication with clients and service providers.
Work closely with the broader team to anticipate project needs, solve logistical challenges, and keep multiple projects moving efficiently.
Maintain accurate project records, schedules, quotes, work orders, and other documentation.
Apply practical knowledge of art handling, packing, installation, storage, transportation, and related services when planning and quoting work.
Support day-to-day operations as part of a small team, shifting between projects and priorities as needed.
